Jane Wiseman, Senior Consultant

Jane is a management consulting with expertise in strategic planning, performance measurement, and grant program management. Her 20 years of experience includes both strategy consulting for government agencies and appointed service in government.

Jane served as Assistant Secretary, Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety where her reforms were recognized in the Pioneer Institute of Public Policy Better Government Competition. Other government service includes an appointment as Assistant to the Director for Strategic Planning, National Institute of Justice, United States Department of Justice; Staff Assistant, US House of Representatives, Appropriations Committee; and Intern, United States Office of Management & Budget.

Her consulting work has included performance measurement, eGovernment strategy development, information technology strategy development, and business process improvement work for Accenture and Price Waterhouse. She was previously a financial analyst for Credit Suisse First Boston in the Municipal Finance Division.

Jane graduated from Smith College and holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
